# AI in Collections Care: What's Really Happening?

AI is affecting many parts of our personal and professional lives. Given this, we want to hear from you about how you are thinking about AI, specifically in relation to your work in collections care.

The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. We'll ask for your name and email address for our records, but your identity will remain completely anonymous in all survey results and reporting. At the end of the survey, you can opt to receive a comprehensive report summarizing the findings.

We expect the report to include:

- How your peers are thinking about AI
- How your peers are currently using AI (or not)
- Practical concerns, uses, and barriers to AI experienced by our community

For our part, we will use your responses to guide us as we explore if, how, and when we should use AI in our own products and services.
